Do you partially ship available items included in a pre-order?Updated 4 months ago

For domestic US orders -- 
If the pre-order item is not expected to ship for >10 business days, we will send you all other available items in your order promptly. However, if we expect the pre-order item to be ready to ship in <10 business days, we may wait for all items to be available and will ship together (to maximize shipping efficiency) - this applies for both Standard & Expedited orders. If you need the available item(s) more promptly, please contact us HERE. 

For International order (ie outside the 50 states), we will ship all units together once the pre-ordered item(s) is available.
