Can I return purchases made with a gift card?
Yes. Returns on orders using a gift card will be refunded back to the original form of payment (eg. gift card + credit card). If you have any questions, our Customer Support team is here to help you.
How do I check the balance of a gift card?
The remaining gift card balance is included in the emailed receipt after a purchase is made. You can also contact our support team with the gift card number, and we can look up the balance for you.
How do I redeem the gift card?
Gift cards can be applied to any purchase made at OMORPHO.com. Enter the gift card number at check-out, and the available balance will be applied towards the purchase. Gift cards are not limited to an individual account. Anybody who has the gift card

The gift card will be emailed to the purchaser, who can then forward it to a recipient via email or print it out to deliver as a physical gift.
Does the card expire?
Gift cards never expire and can be used toward any product at Omorpho.com.
Can I use a gift card on discounted items?
Yes. You can use Gift Cards to make purchases of items on discount/promotion. However, please note that you can't use a discount code to purchase a gift card.
